GENERAL
Sales and deliveries are only made under the following conditions. We do not recognize conflicting or deviating terms and conditions of the customer unless we have expressly agreed to their validity in writing.


OFFER
Our information on the goods is non-binding, or information on the materials, origin, quality or similar of the goods we offer are based on information from the respective manufacturer and are only binding within this framework.

Slight deviations in color and changes compared to our illustrations or descriptions are possible.


CONTRACT
The contract is concluded based on the customer's order by filling out and confirming the web order form on the one hand and confirmation or execution of the order by Swiss Hunt on the other.

We only deliver to persons of legal age.


DELIVERY TERMS
Binding delivery dates have not been agreed.

Deliveries will be made as quickly as possible. If an item is not available, the customer will be informed immediately via e-mail about the expected delivery date.

If the goods do not reach the customer within 30 days of placing the order, the customer can cancel the contract.

If the ability to deliver the ordered goods depends on a sub-supplier and if this delivery fails for reasons for which we are not responsible, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract.

The same applies if delivery is made significantly more difficult or impossible due to force majeure or other events and we are not responsible for this.

Such events include in particular: fire, flood, labor disputes, operational disruptions, strikes and official orders that cannot be attributed to our operational risk.

In such cases, the customer will be informed immediately about the lack of delivery options and a service already provided will be refunded immediately.

The customer is not entitled to any further claims.

Partial deliveries are permitted. Any additional delivery costs incurred in this way will be borne by Swiss Hunt.


PAYMENT / PRICES
Within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein we deliver up to an amount of CHF 499.00 after a credit check against invoice. For orders of CHF 500.00 or more, delivery will only be made against prepayment or payment by credit card or PayPal.

The prices given are gross prices and can be changed by us at any time without prior notice.

All orders received before a price change will of course be processed at the price current at the time the order was placed.


COSTS IN THE EVENT OF PAYMENT DEFAULT:
Payment period for orders on account is 20 days.

If the payment deadline is not met, you will receive a payment reminder by email.

If the invoice remains unpaid after this payment reminder, a reminder will be sent by e-mail AND post with a CHF 20 reminder fee charged.

Unpaid claims after a reminder has been sent will be handed over to our debt collection partner. Processing fees are charged by this company. In addition, an entry in credit rating lists must be expected.



RETURN POLICY / DAMAGE
If you don't like it, we guarantee not used and originally packed goods a right of return within 14 days from the date of shipment.

Pepper spray and bulletproof protective vests are excluded from the right of exchange and return. Once the life-saving protective vests have left our control area, we can no longer guarantee that the protective vests will be handled properly by the receiving customer and therefore cannot resell returned vests.

Notifications of defects or complaints regarding incorrect or incomplete goods must also be made in writing within 14 days of the date of dispatch.

We will only accept returns if they have been sufficiently stamped. The customer bears the costs for the return - also in cases of guarantee or repairs.

In the case of unstamped returns, we request the postage costs and a flat-rate fee of CHF 20.00 from the customer.

We reject any liability for damage caused by transport. If the customer finds damage to the packaging or contents, it is up to him to report this to the delivery service (post office, etc.) immediately upon receipt.

Any claims for such damage must be made to the delivery service. In the event of damage, the customer is obliged to keep all boxes or packaging materials so that the delivery service can check them in connection with a damage report.

Further claims will be rejected.


RESERVATION OF TITLE
The goods delivered by us remain our property until all of our claims have been settled, regardless of the legal reason.
